Return & Refund Policy – Perfume Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products without original packaging or missing components are not eligible.

3. Return Process

  • Order details
  • Clear images or video of the product
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

5. Exchange Option

  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, an exchange may be offered instead of a refund, subject to availability.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
